Mark's note: This is a good jump to subjunctive practice for a little older students. 'I wish I could.. ' and/or practice of if in a very natural and easy to understand environment 'If I could .., I would ..' I don't do any grammatical explanation, I just let them try it out. It's also a good set because you can teach some difficult to teach every day verbs: become, see, shrink, and control.
